EVERPADS CHAIN-ON Track Pads for Asphalt Paver
EVERPADS™ Chain-On Track Pad employs the essence of our new design of B2N paver track pad combo by using exactly the same plate as the base. Thus, when rubber part is worn out and entirely removed, the base plate remained shows two extra holes as illustrated above, you only have to mount EVERPADS™ B2N rubber paver pads on, which saves you a great deal of time and cost in the long run!

1. Chamfer design smooths the machine walk and decrease wear when trackpad and road surface were rubbing another.
2. Better ability of absorbing shock than PU trackpad, also protects other parts of the undercarriage system.
3. Better wear-resistant than PU trackpad. Small area wears instead of big area wear.
Advantages：
1. More elastic, tear-resistant, more ground friction, easier to climb slope.
2. Inner steel bars can support the overall structure of the rubber. Not easy to wear when operating, greatly improve wear-resistance and life span, suitable for any working environment.
Normally rubber track pad can last for 5000 hours, used by excavators.
Normally bolt on type rack pad can last for 3000 hours, used by paver.
