MATERIAL : EVERPADS' laminated wheels are made by 100% natural rubber which is a high performance as tear and wear-resistance, excellent tensile strength, standard shear-loading capacity and excellent traction, thus increases the duration of service life by 2 to 3 times more than other brand wheels.
STEEL PLATE : Steel ring is made of 0235 material, with electroplating anti rust treatment and sandblasting treatment to enhance the adhesion with rubber, making the colloid difficult to fall off.

1.Road Milling Machine
Skill: We produce roller bearing type of track roller.
1. Normally it is made of 40Mn2 material, forging, machine process, followed by heat treatment. The hardness of the wheel tread after intermediate frequency quenching must increase to about 52 degrees HRC.
2. Axle of the track roller is 35 chromium molybdenum, after quenching treatment and finishing.
3. Using imported roller oil for internal lubrication, which is reliable and good at cooling.
4. Imported floating oil seals and sealing rings, increasing life span.
5. Imported bearing, with good rolling coefficient and generate no heat.
● It needs to be matched with the track chain, and still be well meshed when the track is elongated due to the wear of the pin sleeve.
