The Spreading system is the most important part of the paver, which consumes more than half of the power generated. 2. When the paver is moving ahead, the auger blade spins and spreads material evenly to the ground, in front of the screed plate, and lets the screed plate do its job. 2-1 The Spiral speed should meet the required paving rate of the paver. 2-2 The Spiral power should meet the requirements of the paver’s power allocation. 2-3 The Spiral parameters should meet the requirements of the anti-segregation and uniformity of the paved pavement.

    The Anti-wear layer is mainly made of Chrome alloy, with Manganese, Molybdenum, Niobium, and Nickel. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed fibrously, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. Carbide’s micro hardness can reach HV1700-2000 and above. Surface hardness can reach up to HRc58-62. Alloy carbide is highly stable at high temperatures. It can sustain high hardness levels, and high Antioxidant performance, and be fully functional within 500℃. The Wear-resistant steel plate has high resistance and high impact performance, and it can be cut, bent, or welded. It can be connected to other structures by welding, plug welding, or bolting. This is very convenient and saves time with the maintenance process.

We provide miscellaneous specification of conveyor belt for specific machine models. A. 1.9M or above planer has 2 belts. Planer smaller than 1.9M has 1 belt. B. They are divided into an upper belt and a lower belt. C. The Y –shape threads help to strengthen the whole structure, that carries the milled material effectively out to the truck.

    Intro: The Conveyor Chain is a spare part of a paver. Its function is enabling traction, transmitting power, and transporting material. Chain links are connected in sequence by pins and axial fasteners, and the chain links are welded and combined by a chain rod and a scraper. The Conveyor Chain is made of high-quality steel and heat-treated to sustain heavy loads and high pressure to provide the best wear resistance. The pre-assembled part contains two conveyor chains with scrapers, bolts, and closed-loop connectors. Reasons for malfunction of the Conveyor Chain: A. Too loose, causing it to scratch on the ground. B. Asphalt particles damaging chain when particles are stuck inside the chain or bearing. C. Loosening of bolts connections or cracking of the base plate, which causes jamming of the chain. D. Cracking of the right chain.
