The auger blade uses 20% above a high chromium alloy, has high quality, with high-quality carbide steel and alloy. The specially heat-treated, (HRC 55 of hardness) has high wear-resistance, high fracture-resistance, and a long-life span.
1. The Spreading system is the most important part of the paver, which consumes more than half of the power generated.
2. When the paver is moving ahead, the auger blade spins and spreads material evenly to the ground, in front of the screed plate, and lets the screed plate do its job.

The Anti-wear layer is mainly made of Chrome alloy, with Manganese, Molybdenum, Niobium, and Nickel. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed fibrously, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. Carbide’s micro hardness can reach HV1700-2000 and above. Surface hardness can reach up to HRc58-62. Alloy carbide is highly stable at high temperatures. It can sustain high hardness levels, and high Antioxidant performance, and be fully functional within 500℃.
The Wear-resistant steel plate has high resistance and high impact performance, and it can be cut, bent, or welded. It can be connected to other structures by welding, plug welding, or bolting. This is very convenient and saves time with the maintenance process. -

Features:
Uses high quality rubber, anti-asphalt surface layer, high elasticity middle layer, tear resistant polyester-polyamide textile layers(up to 5 layers),and 3D pattern.
We provide miscellaneous specification of conveyor belt for specific machine models.
A. 1.9M or above planer has 2 belts. Planer smaller than 1.9M has 1 belt.
B. They are divided into an upper belt and a lower belt.
C. The Y –shape threads help to strengthen the whole structure, that carries the milled material effectively out to the truck. -
Conveyor Chain

Intro: The Conveyor Chain is a spare part of a paver. Its function is enabling traction, transmitting power, and transporting material. Chain links are connected in sequence by pins and axial fasteners, and the chain links are welded and combined by a chain rod and a scraper.
The Conveyor Chain is made of high-quality steel and heat-treated to sustain heavy loads and high pressure to provide the best wear resistance.
The pre-assembled part contains two conveyor chains with scrapers, bolts, and closed-loop connectors.
Reasons for malfunction of the Conveyor Chain:
A. Too loose, causing it to scratch on the ground.
B. Asphalt particles damaging chain when particles are stuck inside the chain or bearing.
C. Loosening of bolts connections or cracking of the base plate, which causes jamming of the chain.
D. Cracking of the right chain. -

Use high-carbon wear-resistant aluminum alloy, which has better density and low hardness than steel. The hardness of wear-resistant high-carbon aluminum alloy is about 58 ~ 60HRC, and the hardness of the welding layer can reach 59 ~ 60HRC. It can reach about 1000 hours under any environment.
Our customer’s feedback: In 2018, our protector skid can last around 800~900 hours.
In 2019, due to the adjustment of steel material and thickness, our protector skid can last around 1000 hours. -

The scraper on the rear panel of the milling machine seals the drum chamber so that the reclaimed asphalt pavement can be taken up cleanly. In addition, it smoothies the milled surface by shearing off the higher ridges. Carbide-tipped scrapers are used for this purpose. Hard alloyed scraper blades on the right and left ensure that these scrapers can also be fitted at the edges.

2.The metal uses high-elastic manganese steel and imported tungsten steel. It has high abrasion resistance and can withstand strong impacts, even at a temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, and remain high hardness at 1000 degree Celsius. -

1.The forged tool holder is made of 35MnB high-quality steel and is processed by intermediate frequency hardening heat treatment to increase the hardness of the mounting hole of the cutting tool and improve the wear resistance. Our tool holder can fit to all model of W brand machine, and better than their quality.
2. Processing technology of tool holder (1) selection of raw materials (2) forging of tool holder (3) machining (4) heat treatment (5) intermediate frequency quenching depth of mounting hole contact surface 5-7 mm deep (increasing surface Hardness and overall wear resistance)
3. The process of quenching shown as below: First, the intermediate frequency quenching is used to install the tool holder on the designed support seat, and it is installed on the quenching worktable. The temperature is set to 1000 degrees Celsius for heating. -
Cutting Tools

Characteristics: Tungsten Carbide Tip, connected by a soft cobalt metal, with a hardness of more than 1400 HV, making it resistant to bending under high temperature and high impact environment. Tip is sharp and small, ensuring the taper performance when cutting into the ground, reducing cutting resistance. Large at bottom to provide protection for the tool holder. The connection strength is high, and it can withstand the bending moment caused by the 6-ton force applied to the tip at a 45-degree direction with the shank.
Material of tip: It is an alloy combined by tungsten powder and cobalt powder. Tungsten is characterized by hardness and wear resistance, while softer cobalt combines tungsten powder particles together to ensure sufficient resistance and toughness of the entire tungsten steel head.
EVERPADS’ Tungsten Carbide tip is made 22U tungsten powder made in Germany to ensure excellent quality. Hardness is between 89-90 HRC. The surface of the tip will be raised to about 95 HRC after special treatment. -

1. Normally it is made of 40Mn2 material, forging, machine process, followed by heat treatment. The hardness of the wheel tread after intermediate frequency quenching must increase to about 52 degrees HRC.
2. Axle of the track roller is 35 chromium molybdenum, after quenching treatment and finishing.
3. Using imported roller oil for internal lubrication, which is reliable and good at cooling.
4. Imported floating oil seals and sealing rings, increasing life span.
